As you can imagine it can be very expensive to care for a horse and MaryLand would not be possible without the ongoing support of its sponsors. With your help, we are able to provide these beautiful creatures with such things as veterinary, dental & foot care, feed & bedding.
In addition to the normal day-to-day expenses such as these, we also have the following needs and goals
- Renovate the barn for safety and provide additional space
- Repair and add fencing for pastures
- A tractor
- Hire a full-time employee and recruit volunteers to help care for the horses
